HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering at our store is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away. You can also put your items on hold by saving them in your Shopping Cart or on your wish list to access at a later date.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Discover & Diners Club (in store). Paypal online only. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Nu Breed in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting high quality products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (feel free to email us for tracking).
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can safely buy from us!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Please contact your sales rep should you ever refuse a shipment. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of Australia your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

HOW TO USE DISCOUNT CODES?
Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase - they can not be retroactively applied. Discount codes are usually limited-time offers and do expire.
ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?
All of our transactions are based in AU Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
